ফেসবুক আইডি হ্যাক হলে কী করবেন, পরামর্শ দিলো পুলিশ
যারা ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহার করেন, কম-বেশি সবারই সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে অন্তত একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট রয়েছে। ফেসবুক, ইউটিউব, টুইটার, লিঙ্কডইন বা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ—এসব মাধ্যম ব্যবহারের ফলে যেমন এর উপকারিতা রয়েছে তেমনি অ্যাকাউন্টটি যদি হ্যাক হয়ে যায় তাহলে ভোগান্তির শেষ নেই।
যদি আপনার সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমের অ্যাকাউন্ট হ্যাক হলে কী করবেন? সেই পরামর্শ দেয়া হয়েছে বাংলাদেশ পুলিশ এর অফিসিয়াল ফেসবুক পেজে—
* প্রথমেই http://www.facebook.com/hacked লিঙ্কে প্রবেশ করুন।
* এরপর “My account is compromised”-এ ক্লিক করুন। হ্যাক হওয়া অ্যাকাউন্টটির তথ্য চাওয়া হলে সেখানে উল্লেখ করা ২ টি অপশনের (ই-মেইল বা ফোন নাম্বার) যেকোনো একটির ইনফরমেশন দিন।
* প্রদত্ত তথ্য সঠিক হলে প্রকৃত অ্যাকাউন্টটিই দেখাবে এবং আপনার বর্তমান অথবা পুরোনো পাসওয়ার্ড চাইবে; এখানে আপনার পূর্বের পাসওয়ার্ডটি দিয়ে “Continue” করুন।
* হ্যাকার যদি ই-মেইল এড্রেস পরিবর্তন করে না থাকে তাহলে আপনার মেইলে রিকভারি অপশন পাঠানো হবে। এর মাধ্যমে হ্যাকড ফেসবুক অ্যাকাউন্ট উদ্ধার করা সম্ভব।
* হ্যাকার যদি ই-মেইল এড্রেস, ফোন নাম্বারসহ লগইন এর জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য পরিবর্তন করে থাকে তাহলে, Need another way to authenticate? -> Submit a request to Facebook এ ক্লিক করলে ফেসবুক প্রোফাইলটি উদ্ধারের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য ও আইডি সরবরাহের ফর্ম পূরণের মাধ্যমে হ্যাকড অ্যাকাউন্ট উদ্ধার করা সম্ভব।
* সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় হ্যাকিং-এর শিকার হলে সিআইডি’র সাইবার পুলিশ সেন্টারে আপনি সরাসরি নিজে এসে অভিযোগ জানাতে পারেন।
এছাড়াও নিম্নবর্ণিত যেকোনো মাধ্যমে অভিযোগ পাঠাতে পারেন—
